Dallkaf is the studio of artist Dalal Almoqadem, based in Mohandessin, Cairo, Egypt. This policy explains what information we collect when you use dallkaf.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it. If you have any question about it, write to us at [email protected].

What we collect

When you place an order: your name, phone number, email address, delivery address, and any order notes you add. We need these to confirm your order, call you before delivery, and get your piece to you.
When you write to us through the contact form: your name, email address, and your message.
When you join our newsletter: your email address.
If you create an account: your login details and order history.

We do not take card or bank details on this site. Every order is paid in cash on delivery.

How we use it

To process, confirm, and deliver your order, and to contact you about it.
To answer your messages and commission requests.
To send newsletter emails, only if you signed up. Every email lets you unsubscribe, or you can ask us to remove you at any time.
To keep records we are required to keep for accounting and tax purposes.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only where needed to run the shop:

Our delivery courier, who receives your name, phone number, and address to deliver your order.
Our website host and email provider, who store the site and its data on our behalf.
Authorities, if Egyptian law requires us to.

Cookies

The site uses a small number of cookies that it needs to work, such as remembering what is in your cart and keeping you logged in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we are required to for accounting purposes. Contact form messages and newsletter addresses are kept until you ask us to delete them.
